Discipleship Ministries

Our main discipleship ministries are through Sunday School Classes. We have Children, Youth, Adult, Men's and Women's studies, as well as regular teaching through the Bible on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Women's prayer is Monday night 6PM, Men's prayer on Thursday 6pm.

We offer a study on Wednesdays at 12. This is called,

Brown Bag Bible Study.

This is largely geared toward our Senior Adults.

Lunch is provided.

(we request you call ahead and let us know you are coming so we can prepare enough)

If you want to bring your own lunch that is fine. We would love to have you join us as we study verse by verse the books of the Bible.  We have just begun and in-depth study of the Book of Hebrews.

Missions Ministries

Internationally our Women's Missionary Union is currently supporting missionaries and missions in Southeast Asia.

They are also supporting the Local food bank with food collections and distributions.

Our Brotherhood Ministry is currently supporting missionaries and local church-planting work in two locations in Montana.

Church-wide we are beginning to engage in holding English as a Second Language study classes due to the high number of non-English speakers in our area. This ministry is a vehicle to share the Gospel.

Worship Ministries

Here are some of the opportunities to serve at Mt. Calvary in our worship and music ministries. There are also opportunities with our media, audio, and visual teams as they aid in worship.

WORSHIP STYLE

We are varied in our worship music. We sing a blend of hymns, choruses and contemporary songs. We have a choir that sings special music and is always ready to receive people willing to make a joyful noise. From guitars to trumpets our choir and musicians love to sing praise to the Lord.

PREACHING

The preaching is expository with a focus on personal application. Our desire is two-fold; first, to see Christians grow in their walk with Jesus, second, to see the unsaved come to faith in Jesus.

Folks are welcome to use whatever translation works for them. The text on Sunday morning is usually read from the King James Version but then explained thoroughly using original languages.
